Shipping policy

At Cakesomarvellous, all products are freshly baked to order. Please review our delivery and self-collection terms below before placing your order.

1. Delivery Schedule

  • Delivery is available daily between 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Sunday deliveries are between 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
  • All delivery timings are time slots only and are not guaranteed to a specific time.

2. Delivery Fees

  • A flat delivery fee of $8 islandwide applies to all orders
  • Additional surcharge of $10 applies to:
    • Sentosa
    • Tuas
    • Jurong Island

4. Delivery Conditions

  • Customers must ensure that all delivery details provided are accurate and complete
  • If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery:
    • The order may be left with a neighbour for safekeeping, or
    • The order may be left at the customer’s doorstep

By placing an order, you agree to these delivery arrangements.

5. Risk & Responsibility

  • All risk of loss or damage to the products transfers to the customer once the order has been delivered or left at the designated location
  • Cakesomarvellous shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or quality issues after delivery has been completed

6. Delivery Limitations

  • Delivery timing is an estimate and may be affected by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
  • We do not guarantee exact delivery times within the selected time slot

7. Self-Collection

  • Self-collection is available daily between 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  • Collection address:

  • As all products are made to order:
    • Same-day self-collection is not available
    • Orders must be placed in advance

8. Late Collection

  • Customers are advised to collect their orders within the stated time window
  • We are not responsible for any deterioration in product quality due to late collection
