Refund policy

At Cakesomarvellous, all our products are freshly made to order. As such, we have the following policy in place:

1. Order Confirmation

Orders are only confirmed upon full payment.

2. Cancellation & Changes

  • Cancellations or changes must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled delivery/collection date.
  • Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Refunds

  • Eligible cancellations will receive a full refund.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days via the original payment method, or PayNow.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Last-minute cancellations (within 72 hours)
  • Incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g. wrong delivery address, wrong date)
  • Change of mind after order confirmation

5. Product Quality Issues

If there is an issue with your order:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item
  • Provide clear photos and details

We will assess and may offer:

  • Replacement
  • Partial refund
